Ms. Pearson has been a part of Nurse Aide education for 20 years and with Philadelphia Academy for Nurse Aide Training since our founding. Her experience includes past ownership of one of the leading Nurse Aide Training schools in the area and brings this experience to PANAT. She has been a NAT program manager as well as instructor. As Director of the Philadelphia Academy for Nurse Aide Training, Inc she is responsible for Curriculum development for the school. She also oversees student enrolment, recruiting staff as well as job placement of graduating students.

Ms Meyerovich’ oversees classroom as well as lab and Clinical training. Her experience includes extensive experience in long term care. In addition to being a RN certified to teach Educator Workshops, she is also certified in Phlebotomy and EKG training.
She is rresponsible for teaching basic nursing skills, procedures, professionalism and medical terminology for the nurse aide training program as the primary instructor. She also assists with curriculum updates and the overall student supervision and evaluation associated with the program.

Tiffany brings extensive practical and teaching experience to the job.
She has taught Nursing Assistants and assisted them through clinical rotations. Her nursing work experience includes functioning as a staff nurse, charge nurse and admissions director of a facility.
In addition to her certification as an LPN, she is certified as a Train the Trainer by the PA Dept of Education, Certified Medication Trainer and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
